UPS and DPD are not permitted to enter your building, so unfortunately, they will not be able to carry your Emma order up your stairs. Your items will however be brought directly to the front steps of the building.

However, if you have selected premium delivery Rhenus will be able to deliver the item to your room of choice. If you are tested positive, please let the couriers know so that appropriate delivery arrangement can be made.
